Our Staff

We employ qualified, caring staff who work to the highest possible standard. They are sensitive to service user needs and understand that to achieve our aims we need to respect our service users and earn their respect.

Equally important is their personal ability and their desire to work with a variety of people in different settings. We always aim to allocate Care Workers on the basis of the skills they have to undertake the tasks you require.

There may be occasions when your Care Worker is of a different gender or age to you. We take pride in our staff training and development, and you can be assured that all staff are qualified and appropriately trained.

Within our branch we employ a number of Team Leaders and Care Workers. We encourage our staff to complete QCF Level 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care to ensure they have the best knowledge and experiences.

All new staff follow a thorough induction programme, completing the care certificate and some topics including the below:

After completing their induction, we monitor staff with spot checks and supervision. The branch is run by a Manager who holds a level 5 in management of domiciliary care services. Alongside the service manager the Co-ordinators and the administration staff are responsible for the day to day running of the office.
